The Nadec Operations Staff position is an operational function responsible for carrying out tasks within Nadec’s business units across all divisions, both internally and externally, within the company’s ongoing business in the agriculture and food processing industry.

Applicant qualifications :
- Gender: Male/Female.
- Age requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess an official ID card (KTP) issued by the local population office.
- Educational requirements: High school or equivalent, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Possess relevant skills and expertise to work productively and efficiently. Good communication skills are required. Presentation skills, report writing, and proficiency in office applications such as Microsoft Office (Diploma & Bachelor’s).
- Ability to coordinate well with colleagues within and across divisions. A willingness to continuously learn and develop, flexible. Able to work well both individually and in a team.
- Adaptability to changes and challenges in assigned work. Discipline, honesty, and responsibility. Critical, creative, innovative, and with integrity.
- Ability to manage time effectively to complete work tasks on time.
- Good conduct and a criminal record.
- Strong work motivation.
- Must be in good health and ready to work.
- Must comply with the rules and regulations in the Nadec Company, namely in the form of written guidelines regarding the rights, obligations and behavior of workers in the work environment with the aim of creating order, discipline and operational efficiency.
